ODK Valve Industry Co., Ltd. was established in December 2019 with a registered capital of 128 million RMB. As an integrated valve manufacturer engaged in design, R&D, production, and maintenance, the company has built a solid foundation with fixed assets exceeding 54 million RMB and a dedicated workforce of over 150 employees. Among them, more than 25 are specialized in technical R&D and over 20 in quality control, ensuring strong capabilities in both innovation and product reliability.
Equipped with more than 200 units of key production machinery—including CNC lathes, machining centers, and vertical lathes—the company also operates over 50 sets of advanced testing equipment such as desktop/portable spectrometers, ultrasonic and magnetic particle flaw detectors, universal testing machines, low-temperature impact testers, and dedicated valve testing platforms. This infrastructure supports an annual production capacity of up to 200,000 valve units.
The company has a total of more than 150 personnel, including more than 25 technical research and development personnel and more than 20 quality control personnel.
Our facility boasts over 200 main production equipment such as CNC lathes, CNC machining centers, and CNC vertical lathes.
